OUR STORY

The Half Moon was purchased by the village in 2017 and is run by landlord Nick and his dedicated team of bar and kitchen staff.

We are a small but perfectly formed pub and welcome children and dogs. There is limited parking outside the front but plenty available elsewhere in the village.

HOW TO FIND US

Balcombe is only 5 minutes from junction 10a of the M23, and has its own station on the London to Brighton mainline (40 minutes from London Bridge and 25 from Brighton).

BALCOMBE

There are plenty of walking routes from the station that conveniently end at The Half Moon, and you can expect to find many familiar sights of a quintessential English village on your way, including our Church, Primary School, Cricket Pitch, Tea Rooms, Village Shop and the Balcombe Club.

PLACES TO STAY

There are lots of options for places to stay the night locally, including Worth Forest Glamping, Highly Manor or Ockenden Manor.

Please do call us if you’d like to book a table or need any further information, and we look forward to welcoming you to The Half Moon Inn soon.
